Meet Jess

Jess is 38 years old. She works for a marketing agency. She studied digital art and design and enjoys creative projects. Her company is local and offers flexibility and a work-from-home option which will be ideal for family life. Jess loves to be near the water and enjoys kayaking and whitewater rafting. She is always ready for a beach day! She can’t wait to teach her children to swim. In the winter, Jess likes to play in the snow. Jess and Ryan often go skiing in the mountains.

Meet Ryan

Ryan is 34 years old and works in sales. His company specializes in paving and landscaping equipment. Our nephews love to go visit him at the office and to see all the big “trucks.” Ryan loves the outdoors and going on adventures. Fishing and hiking are his favorite activities. He can’t wait to teach his child about nature. He will also help them catch their first fish! Ryan is also a bit of a handyman and is working to restore a classic boat. He takes pride in maintaining our property and home.

Our Story

About 9 years ago, we both took jobs working at the same ski resort. We loved the mountains and wanted to have some adventures. We did not know each other and worked in very different roles. We were always friendly in passing and over time would go out of our way to start a conversation with one another. For nearly a year we kept saying, “we should go for a hike after work sometime.” Well, one day it finally happened and we have been together ever since! We got married in those same mountains in 2018.

We have been on a long journey

Our Home + Family

We live close to a few larger cities but our home is in a small New England town. We own a 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. There is access to great schools and many neighborhood kids who play sports together and ride their bikes around the “circle.” It’s the kind of community where even the dogs get together for play dates and you can always borrow something from your neighbor.

Summit

We have a dog named Summit. He’s a 6-year old black lab mix who loves to go on adventures. He even goes kayaking with us! He’s great with our young niece and nephews and will be a best bud to our future kids.

Home Sweet Home

We bought a 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood about 5 years ago. We have a big deck, yard and garden. We can’t wait to set up a swing set and playroom.

Our Community

Dear Expectant Mother,

We want you to know that we deeply respect how strong and courageous your are. Our hearts are bursting with love, hope, and gratitude for you for considering helping others build a family. We haven’t been able to have children on our own and dream of bedtime stories, campfires and building sand castles as a family. If you choose us, we promise that your baby will be our whole world. We will provide a child everything they need, take them on adventures and inspire them to dream. Our home is a safe place where your child would feel love, support, and encouragement throughout their life. Thank you for your consideration and for taking the time to learn about us.
